Now in the ownership of the National Army Museum, this collection reflects the history of one of England’s oldest infantry regiments. The impressive array of pictures, medals, uniforms, mess silver and other artefacts traces the worldwide history of the Regiment from its formation in Elizabethan days to its amalgamation in 1961. The collection includes some items from the East Kent Volunteers and Militia.
