The Royal Highland Fusiliers Museum tells the story of their Regiment, antecedent regiments & successor battalion. The Royal Highland Fusiliers (RHF) was formed in 1959 by the amalgamation of The Royal Scots Fusiliers (RSF) & The Highland Light Infantry (HLI). At the formation of The Royal Regiment of Scotland (2006), 1st Battalion The Royal Highland Fusiliers became The Royal Highland Fusiliers, 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (2 SCOTS); and have since served with distinction in Iraq & Afghanistan.

2 years agoAmazing amazing experience. The museum is free entry and staff at the reception is very friendly. There is loads and loads of information to read therefore one day is not enough. The museum has two floors and in the ground floor you’ll explore the establishment of Fusilier forces and the in the first floor one will find the contribution of them during the 1st and 2nd world wars. Wealth of an experience. Will definitely be back!

3 weeks agoI was delayed yesterday, and didnt arrive until 3pm, and it was closed. Even though online it wasn't supposed to close until 3-30. A poor show, as it's not exactly local for me.
