2 weeks agoIf you're a big history fan then I encourage you to go. If you're not that big of an enthusiast there's no point. The entry is paid. It's quite small. I did the whole museum in 15 mins.

3 weeks agoStopped in for a visit during a stay in Chester. Fantastic museum, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some great history and exhibits inside that are well worth the entry price. Will definitely stop by again the next time we visit! Visited on a Sunday, no wait time and bought the tickets there and then!

9 months agoThis was a brilliant museum to visit, tracking the history of the Cheshire regiment throughout time! Old uniforms and accessories are shown, alongside the objects once held by military members. The models of people across different areas are well crafted, accompanied by ones of the settings too!

2 years agoVisited today and was welcomed by friendly and smiley staff, which is always a pleasure. Was totally impressed at how much the museum had on display, even tanks and canons! There was no shortage of information. So much to see and read about. Absolutely loved the figures. A great way to really picture how soldiers lived and worked. Totally worth a family ticket of just £10.00 to see all of this. A great experience and would highly recommend!
