GRANTS

In accordance with the objectives of its founder, Colonel Robert Ogilby, AMOT offers grants to Regimental and Corps Museums to help with a range of projects and initiatives; from undertaking governance reviews and creating new education sessions, through to supporting touring exhibitions and staff development.

AMOT grants are available to members of the AMOT Network and the programme runs between spring and autumn each year.

The Process:

      • Applicants begin by submitting an initial Expression of Interest.
      • Those who are successful at this stage will be invited to submit a more detailed application for consideration by the Grants Committee.
      • All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application.

The Grants Committee will review its priorities each year and issue new guidance regarding the projects which the Trust is keen to support. It is recommended that all applicants read this guidance and contact AMOT to discuss their project prior to submitting an Expression of Interest.
