OUR
CONFERENCE

Join us at this year’s AMOT Annual Conference as we explore The Power of Connection: Reimagining Audiences. Understanding existing audiences, as well as creating new relationships with local communities, special interest groups and key stakeholders, is essential for the future success of Army museums. Not only does it offer the chance to share the regimental and individual stories held within our collections, it opens up opportunities around funding and partnerships, strengthening an organisations impact and resilience.
Speakers on the day will include Army Heritage Branch and Arts Council England, as well as museums from within the network such as the King’s Own Royal Regiment Museum in Lancaster. We will also share the results and insights of the recent Army Museums Network Survey which so many members took the time to complete. A full programme will be made available in the coming weeks.
As well as insightful talks, the conference is the perfect place to network with colleagues from other regimental and corps museums, as well as representatives from the wider heritage sector.
We hope you will be able to join us for an informative, thought provoking, and inspiring day.
