This year’s conference brings together military museum professionals, trustees, veterans and volunteers for a focused and engaging day exploring how our organisations can stand out in a changing landscape. Through a carefully designed programme, we will look at how museums can strengthen their visibility, connect more meaningfully with today’s audiences, and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.
A central thread running throughout the day is the importance of relationships, between leadership, staff, volunteers and communities, as the foundation of confident and successful museums. Alongside this, the programme places a strong emphasis on practical ideas, shared experience and support, ensuring attendees leave not only inspired, but equipped to take forward new approaches in their own organisations.
