Bringing cross-sector skills together
As part of the Arts Council England (ACE) funded project AMOT is running three Resilience not Reliance business engagement events for members to get involved with. The events will bring together army museums, charities, social enterprises, entrepreneurs, business owners, other museum representatives, arts and heritage organisations, and more to network and look at how working collaboratively can build resilience and sustainability. Attendees are supported in making connections and building relationships through networking, in order to share skills, knowledge and expertise in a relaxed and informal environment.
Attendees will benefit from:
- Top tips hot desks led by industry specialists on topics including funding & social investment, strategic planning, marketing & communications, digital & social media, governance & legal structure, accounts & financial management, evaluation & impact measurement.
- Top tips info sheets explaining how to get the most out of networking and RnR events.
The first event in April attracted over 65 individuals and organisations from business, arts, museums, sports, heritage, charity and social enterprises in the Yorkshire region. Watch the video to see what went on…
We are excited to announce the second event will take place on Wednesday 11th October 6pm – 8pm in London as part of the Army Museums Festival. Further details of this event and how you can register will be posted on the website nearer the time.
