About the Museum

The regimental collections of the yeomanry regiments of Devon from 1794 to the present day are housed in the Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon. The museum will be closed in spring 2018 for a major extension and refurbishment, and is likely to reopen in spring 2018.  A small “pop-up” museum will operate during the closure.  For up to date information, please check the museum’s Facebook page.

Access to the regimental archive is available by appointment.   The collection is an outstation of The Keep Military Museum in Dorchester.
