The Inns of Court Regiment has had a Museum since the 1920s. It is now a fine modern Museum tracing its unusual history and predecessor units from 1584 through many conflicts right up to recent operations in Afghanistan.
It is the only Regiment which has very close associations with London’s legal profession. In addition to uniforms, weapons, medals and memorabilia there is an excellent archive, and possibly the oldest complete set of drums in the British Army presented to the Law Association Volunteers in 1803.
The Museum welcomes contributions and visits from all those interested in the history of the Regiment.
