The York and Lancaster Regimental Museum has recently re-opened and is now located on the first floor of Clifton Park Museum, Rotherham. The displays cover the history of the Regiment and it's forbears, 65th and 84th Regiments of Foot, from 1758 to 1968. The displays include uniforms, weapons, Regimental memorabilia and personal items. One of the galleries is dedicated to exploring Regimental life and themes in an interactive way, and is aimed at families and children.

The Regimental Archive is available through the Rotherham Archives and Local Studies search room, on the ground floor of the same building. Please contact in advance of visit to check archive opening hours and availability. Tel:01709 336632 Email:archives@rotherham.gov.uk
