The Rifles (Berkshire and Wiltshire) Museum

How to get here:
In the Cathedral Close, near the City Centre and a 15 minute walk from bus and railway stations.

Housed on the ground floor of a fine mediaeval building with a well stocked riverside garden, this collection covers the history of the County Regiments of Berkshire and Wiltshire and their more recent successors. The regimental library and archive are housed in the same building and may be viewed by appointment. There is an on- site licensed tearoom and restaurant called Bernieres.
