How to get there:
Nearest railway station, Woolwich Arsenal Docklands Light Railway Station Woolwich Arsenal now open. Nearest Underground station, North Greenwich. Bus routes 472, 161, 96, 180 stop in Plumstead Road outside the Royal Arsenal. Bus routes 53, 54, 422, 380 stop in Woolwich town centre.

Located at Woolwich, the historic home of the regiment since 1716, the museum traces the regiment’s history from that time onward with a comprehensive display of artillery weapons in a collection of international standing. Alongside the uniforms,guns, medals, badges and other regimental memorabilia are exhibits that enable visitors to feel what it was like to be a 20th Century gunner in the ground-shaking Field of Fire as the men and women who served in the Royal Artillery tell of their experiences. The science and technology of gunnery is explained with the help of hands-on interactive displays.
