Royal Military School of Music (Museum of British Military Music)
|
How to get there: This small but fascinating collection and memorabilia associated with military music from the last two hundred years, including a rare 'Jingling Johnny' and a bugle that sounded at The Charge of the Light Brigade, is open to the public by prior arrangement. The interactive displays of music, instruments, uniforms and other relevant material provide a rare insight into a tradition which has become part of the fabric of British ceremonial life. * Donations towards the upkeep of the Museum will be appreciated.
